Growing an Options Trading Service - Fintech

01. The Challenge

Options Trade King was a financial community that had grown through the pandemic through word of mouth.

I was tasked with bringing formal channels to accelerate said growth as well as providing strategy on pricing and subscription packaging.

02. The Solution

I created a paid media, e-mail and pricing strategy that included:

• Managing all of paid media channels
• Creation of onboarding and email offers
• New Pricing and Discounted
• Launching products for students and enterprise

03. The Result

1. Revenue increased 65% in 5 months

2. Decrease in cost of acquisition by 30%
