Increasing Revenue for a Direct to Consumer SaaS - Creator/Content

01. The Challenge

TubeBuddy is the biggest Youtube creator App.  A direct to consumer subscription SaaS, TubeBuddy helps more than 10M creators increase the amount of subscribers of their Youtube channels through AI tools for thumbnails, SEO among many others. After achieving extraordinary growth during the pandemic they wanted to figure out how to mantain their pace of growth.

02. The Solution

The pandemic brought tons of extraordinary growth but there was an opportunity to set up new channels and optimize existing ones. Including:

• Set-up e-mail acquisition
• Start paid media acquisition
• Optimize content on youtube and hire an SEO agency
• Work closer with the product team to set-up in app onboarding
• Have formalized marketing campaigns

This was done entirely by myself and the help of external contractors as needed with a small budget.

After a year revenue increase dby more than 50%

The Youtube Channel and SEO trippled in views and visits.
